v1.4.0

Latest September 2026
Your headquarters, at street level. Plus a deeper market and cities built from their own architecture.
  • A new VIEW HQ button on the headquarters page opens your office at street level. Traffic runs on both roads, staff walk the pavement and pass in and out of the lobby, and the building carries your livery along its cornice with your company name on the fascia. All six office types have their own architecture, so relocating your headquarters changes what you see.
  • Fourteen companies have listed since the last build, taking the market to 53 tickers. They cover battery technology, utilities, defence, water and precious metals, and several carry enough volatility to finish a season down.
  • Twenty new businesses to buy and thirteen new trophy assets, taking the ladder to sixty and the collection to seventy seven.
  • Cities are built from their own architecture now. New York wears brick and sandstone under water towers and deco crowns, Paris is limestone and mansard roofs, Amsterdam brick and pitched. Dubai is white render with domes and helipads; Singapore is full of roof gardens.
  • Your campus sits in a landscape. Ridgelines, a lake, a distant town and an outlying test oval with its grandstand lie beyond the fence, and the grounds gained a fountain, a tennis court, a gatehouse and a service yard.

v1.3.0

August 2026
We rebuilt how the game draws itself. Sharper everywhere, and the cities finally look like cities.
  • Everything on the world map is genuinely sharp now. The city was being drawn at half resolution and stretched to fit, which is what made it look soft and blocky. It renders at full resolution from here on.
  • City buildings got real facades. Every window is drawn, in proper floor-by-floor grids, instead of a few lit squares on a blank wall, and buildings are made of different materials now: sandstone, brick, verdigris, charcoal, white render, blue glass.
  • Skylines gained a roofline. Towers step inward as they rise, the tallest carry crowns, masts and beacons, mid-rise blocks have rooftop plant, and low-rise has proper pitched roofs in terracotta and copper-green.
  • Streets have lane markings and trees along the verge.
  • Your racing campus is no longer six matching blocks. The factory has a sawtooth roof, the design centre steps back as it rises, the wind tunnel is a barrel shell, and the commercial suite is crowned, all on plinths, with parapets and entrance canopies. Outside the fence there's now a treeline and an approach road.
  • The signature building gained three genuinely different silhouettes: a glazed drum with a sky-bridge, cascading planted terraces that grow a garden per level, or a tapering monolith that finishes in a lit gold point.
  • The race car is drawn properly now. Every edge on it used to be a staircase. Road cars and the race car are both lit from above, so they read as objects instead of stickers.
  • The window fits any monitor, including ultrawides where it could previously slide under the taskbar. It opens centred and re-fits if you drag it to a second screen.
  • Buttons respond the instant you press them, and a press can be taken back by sliding off the button before you let go.
  • The game is light-only for now while we settle the look.

v1.2.1

July 2026
  • The signature building on your campus now comes in three distinct designs you pick when you commission it: a glass tower, a terrace with a solar roof, or a dark monolith, each a proper detailed building that out-glows the rest of the campus, instead of a plain block.
  • Brightened the title-screen speed streaks so they show their colour in both light and dark mode.
  • Fixed the signature building's marquee so the name sits centred on the sign.

v1.2.0

July 2026
The big visual update. We went back through the whole game and made it look the way it always should have.
  • Race weekends rebuilt from the ground up: every venue is now its own hand-designed circuit with real hairpins, chicanes and straights instead of the old ovals, plus a live timing tower, a five-light start, and a proper celebration when you finish on the podium.
  • The world map is alive now: windows light up at dusk and traffic moves through the streets of every city.
  • Net-worth graphs across HQ, the Board Report and the Chairman's desk were redrawn as proper financial charts.
  • Your car now sits in a lit garage bay instead of floating on a plain card.
  • Team logos stay sharp and readable on every livery colour.
  • The app icon is fixed and centred, and it stays put in the Dock while you play.
  • Added a one-click "Check for Updates" right on the title screen.
  • A long list of smaller polish and fixes throughout.

v1.1.0

July 2026
  • Staff and executives now have morale. Cheap out on their pay and they can walk (you'll be warned first), and the C-suite screen spells out exactly what each hire does for you.
  • Driver stats now explain what PACE / CONS / CRAFT mean, and the Hall of Fame clarifies the † for retired drivers.
  • The Motorcar Division got a full economic rebalance. Prices and production track demand realistically, with three new heavy-industry factory tiers for serious scale.
  • Fixed a stray "?" career in the load screen, and dark mode now sticks between sessions.

v1.0.0

July 2026
The commercial debut.
  • Renamed to Flags & Fortunes for launch.
  • Real-world scenery across all 27 city markets.
  • The nameable Signature Building on your campus.
  • A full interface alignment pass and dark-mode menus.
  • The first Windows release.
